Pricing
Assessment is £100. This lasts approximately 1 hour and the price includes a written summary report.
LSVT programme: £1,196 including assessment. LSVT sessions last 60 minutes and are 4 times a week.
Other therapy sessions (non-LSVT speech therapy): £80 per session, plus £100 for the assessment.
A typical therapy session normally lasts between 45 - 60 minutes and is either once a week or more frequently as discussed and agreed with the client. Sessions may also include discussing the therapy with family.
The fees for therapy includes time spent outside of sessions, preparing materials and planning.
Payment and cancellation policy
Assessment fees must be paid in advance.
Fees for a block of therapy sessions must be paid in full before each new programme starts. Alternative arrangements can be discussed, if requested.
An invoice will be sent to you prior to your initial appointment. This invoice will need to be paid 48 hours prior to your appointment otherwise this appointment will be cancelled. Fees are paid by bank transfer.
If you have private health insurance, please discuss this with your provider directly.
Fees
Assessment: £100
LSVT: £1,196 for initial assessment and therapy programme combined (this equates to £68.50 per therapy session). LSVT sessions last 1 hour and are 4 sessions a week for 4 weeks.
Other therapy (non-LSVT): £80 per 45-60 minute therapy session, plus £100 initial assessment. A typical block of therapy lasts for around 6 sessions. Therapy is a minimum of 1 session per week. This may include time spent with the family discussing the therapy.
The fees include time spent outside of sessions preparing materials and planning.
Cancellations
Please give a minimum of 24 hours’ notice of cancellation of appointments. The full session fee applies if not cancelled within 24 hours. If I have to cancel an appointment, I will aim to give as much notice as possible and will rearrange the session at a time convenient for both of us.
If the client wishes to end therapy before treatment is complete there will be a two week notice period required. At the time of notice being given, an invoice will be sent for the remaining sessions within the notice period. This is to be paid in advance.
Professionally and ethically I am required to cease therapy should I deem it no longer necessary.
Confidentiality
I adhere to professional and legal obligations of confidentiality including those set out by the Royal College of Speech and Language Therapists and the Health and Care Professions Council. Some information may need to be shared with other professionals actively involved in your care. Any information given to third parties will require your prior consent.
